Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of generator.report, operated by SoundTik LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

generator.report generates analytics reports about TikTok song campaigns using publicly available data retrieved through a third-party provider, plus optional AI analysis of public comments. Reports are estimates and for informational purposes only.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

3. Subscriptions & billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Each plan includes monthly limits (e.g., reports and videos per report) described on our pricing page.
  • You can cancel anytime — see our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
  • Prices may change with notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third party’s rights, including TikTok’s terms.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service or bulk-export data except as expressly permitted by your plan.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
  • Use the data or reports to harass, surveil, or harm any individual.

5. Third-party data; no affiliation

Data is sourced from third parties and public content and is provided “as is.” It may be inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed, and metrics (including Earned Media Value) are estimates produced by our models. generator.report and SoundTik LLC are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance, or any creator. You are responsible for how you use the data and reports, including compliance with applicable platform terms and laws.

6. AI output

AI analysis is automated, may contain errors or omissions, and does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. Verify before relying on it.

7. Intellectual property

We own the service and all related software and content (excluding your inputs and third-party data). You retain rights to your inputs and may use generated reports for your own business purposes. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs to provide the service.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoundTik LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
