generator.report (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by SoundTik LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using generator.report, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account information — your email address and authentication identifiers when you sign in.
- Billing information — your subscription plan and status. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Campaign inputs — the TikTok sound links, video URLs, campaign names, budgets, and briefs you choose to provide.
- Usage data — reports generated, features used, and logs needed to operate and secure the service.
TikTok data we process
To produce reports, we retrieve publicly available TikTok content through a third-party data provider — including public video metrics (views, likes, comments, shares, saves), public creator profile data, and public comments on the analyzed videos. We do not request or collect TikTok account credentials, and we do not access private or non-public content. This data reflects point-in-time snapshots and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
AI comment analysis
When you run the optional AI analysis, a sample of public comments and your campaign metrics are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate sentiment and thematic analysis. Per Anthropic’s terms, API inputs are not used to train their models. We do not use your data to train models.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the service and generate reports.
- To process subscriptions and to prevent fraud and abuse.
- To communicate with you about your account and transactional matters.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Service providers (subprocessors)
We share data with vendors who help us run the service, only as needed:
- Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
- Our TikTok data provider — retrieving public TikTok data.
- Anthropic — AI comment analysis (when you use it).
- Resend — sending emails you request.
- Supabase & Vercel — database and application hosting.
Data retention
We retain account, billing, and usage records while your account is active and as required to meet legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account data at any time.
Your rights
Depending on your location (including under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@soundtik.co.
International transfers
We and our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Children
generator.report is intended for businesses and users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
