Refunds & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscription billing, cancellations, and refunds work for generator.report, operated by SoundTik LLC.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically each billing period (monthly unless stated otherwise) until cancelled. Payments are handled securely by Stripe.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing (or the Stripe customer portal). Your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period, after which it will not renew. You keep access to paid features until then.

Refunds

• Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including for partially used periods.
• If you were charged in error or experienced a billing problem, contact us within 14 days and we will review it in good faith.
• Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

Free plan

The Free plan lets you preview reports at no cost (watermarked). No payment is required and nothing is charged.
